Bonnie's Story

Funeral services for Mrs. Bonnie Cline Harris, age 55, of Gadsden, were held Saturday, December 29, 2012 1:00 p.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church with the Rev. Glenn Gray officiating, with interment to follow in the Hopewell Cemetery, Ashville. Mrs. Harris was a native and life long resident of Etowah County and was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving wife, moma, granny and sister and will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Troy Cline, and sister, Patricia Cline Mrs. Harris is survived by her husband,Johnny Harris, Gadsden, daughters, Shelly Ratledge, Gadsden, Donna Clifton (Patrick), Attalla, Sonya Layfield (Joseph), Ashville, Tonya Peoples, Ohatchee, Miranda Lesley (Brian), Ashville, Anna Hollingsworth (Darian), Summerville, Ga, sons, Anthony Ratledge (Eula), Hokes Bluff, Adam Hollingsworth (Maddy), Attalla, step-sons, Corey Harris, Anniston, Dylan Harris, Ashville, Jackson Harris, Ashville, sister, Betty Barnard, Rainbow City, brothers, Travis Cline, Rainbow City, Calvin Cline, Douglas, 27 grandchildren, one great grandson, and special friend, Darlene Chappell. Greg and Phillip Barnard, Ricky Duncan, Scottie, Troy and Jason “Duck” Cline will serve as Pallbearers. Morgan Funeral Chapel and Crematory directing.
