Joseph "Jerry" Forman II, age 65, of Odenville, AL passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024 surrounded by his family after a battle with cancer.

He was born June 12, 1959, in Leeds, Ala.

Jerry graduated from St. Clair County High School, Class of 1977. While attending high school he played many sports. He received a football scholarship from Tabor College in Kansas. He later coached little league baseball and took them to the world series. He worked as a welder for CSX railroad for several years but the job he loved the most

was being a fishing guide. He made friends from all over taking them out to get the big ones. Jerry was loved by many. He loved spending time with his family and friends and spent his last days doing that. He loved watching Alabama football even to watch the winning games over and over.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Colynn Kyne Forman.

He is survived by his parents, Joseph "Jerry" Sr. and Juanita Forman of Eufaula, Ala.; his daughter, Jenna (Jason) Morgan of Ashville, Ala.; son, JJ (Jennifer) Forman of Odenville; five grandchildren, Madelynn Garrett, Claire (Malek) Williams, Mary Ava Morgan, Josie Forman and Tripp Forman; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Kathy (Ed) Brasher of Odenville, Pamela (Troy) Pate of Moody and Belinda Forman of Eufaula, Ala.; special cousin, who was like a brother, Jeff Forman of Odenville; wife, Murnie Ann Forman; many beloved nieces and nephews; and several close cousins and friends.

There will not be any public arrangements. Family remembered him in a small memorial ceremony on Logan Martin Lake.
